First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life Injuries
(taught by Janna)

• One 3 hr. classroom session
• Knowledge development and hands-on skills development
• Student may also opt to receive PADI Specialty Certification (add'l fee)

Although serious hazardous marine life injuries are rare, most divers experience minor discomfort (translated means OWIEEE!) from unintentional encounters with fire coral, jellyfish and other marine creatures at some point in their dive careers. Knowing how to minimize these injuries helps you reduce diver discomfort and pain.

Covered topics are:

• Envenomations
• Bites
• Irritations
• Seafood Poisoning

You can also take this class as a PADI specialty class for an additional fee.
