Olympic Coast NMS Survey photos

Members of the REEF PNW Advanced Assessment Team just returned from completing their 6th annual survey of the OCNMS near Neah Bay, Washington. Porthole Dive Charters transported the 8 member dive team to ten sites over the course of a week. A total of 89 surveys were completed this year on the project (including shore dives at Sekiu Jetty).

View my so-so photos here and Pete Naylor's excellent photos here. And, recent additions, April's colorful pictures here, and Ron's people pictures here.

You asked for it!

I've had so many requests for a list and photos of the fish and invertebrates that are taught in the basic Pacific NW ID courses, that I finally buckled down and posted them online for your studying pleasure.

Photos of fish you need to get familiar with

And while you're at it, look at the invertebrates too!
